The path to becoming a teacher has also been a path of self discovery. I've always believed that I could be a positive role model to young people without actually being a teacher in the classroom, however, it was through teaching my oldest son a long division problem that I could really enjoy teaching others. I LOVE helping people and am extremely excited about being in the classroom instructing children, but for now I'm in the classroom learning how to effective teach today's youth.
I have lots of reading to do and will continue this pathway of self discovery all while keeping you posted on my progress.
